Pár ott dolgozóval beszélgetve kiderült hogy relatíve jó bérezés "bunkó vezetőkkel párosul az utóbbi időben. Munkafelvétel arcra megy ismeretség alapján leginkább. Hiába vagy tapasztalt,értelmes ember ha valamiért nem vagy "erdekes" hozzád sem szólnak. Egyszóval a HR munkája nagyon gyenge. Viszont jó a közösség, nem kell robotolni, ha normálisan elvégzed a munkád, akkor senki nem fog bántani. Negatív véleményezők minden munkahelyen vannak, de ők sehol sem érzik jól magukat, ezért inkább saját magad szerezz tapasztalatot, minthogy rájuk hallgatnál! Nagyon sokan mennek el nagy mellénnyel: "ennél jobbat is találok", utána ugyanezek vissza is jönnek, mert itt csak jobb volt, mint máshol. Próbáld ki, én nem bántam meg! I have been working here for 8 years! It suits me, even though I could find a job elsewhere with a higher education. On the other hand, the community is good, you don’t have to robotize, if you do your job normally, no one will hurt you. Negative reviewers are everywhere in the workplace, but they don’t feel good anywhere, so you’d rather have an experience yourself than listen to them!
