A honlapon lévő telefonszámon érdeklődtünk, azt mondták előbb hazaengedték a dolgozót mint hogy beérkezett volna a foglalásunk. Ezesetben miért nem tiltják le az oldalon a foglalást? Vagy legalább nézik folyamatosan a foglalásokat és értesítenek időben, hogy ne feleslegesen érkezzünk. Nem kevés időbe (ezáltal pénzbe is) telt eljönni, egy kellemes estét szerettünk volna eltölteni, ehelyett mehettünk volna máshová is, ahol szívesen várnak. Kérdésünkre kárpótlásul semmit nem ajánlottak fel, legközelebb biztosan nem ide jövünk. Nem ajánlom senkinek! We booked an appointment on their site, but no one on the spot was waiting for us. We inquired on the phone number on the website, they said the worker was released before the booking had been received. In this case, why isn't the booking blocked on the site? Or at least they keep checking your bookings and notifying you in time so we don’t arrive unnecessarily. It took a long time (and thus money) to come, we wanted to spend a pleasant evening, instead we could go elsewhere where they would be welcome. Nothing was offered as compensation for our question, next time we will definitely not come here. I do not recommend to anyone!

Service was not that good: - the quizmaster just gave us some papers with the description of the room, no explanation, no introduction, no interest in us at all. It seemed we were annoying them just by being there. - the quizmaster was not following us (they asked us 3 times to search for a combination of a lock we had already opened), ok that we were 10 people looking all around and solving the riddles in parallel (quite difficult to track), but maybe keep an eye on the overall progress can be a good start. - Finally, the site says: "If you release the Princess in an hour we surprise you and your team with a bottle of champagne." Well, we solved the room saving the princess in time but no bottle of champagne was offered, and honestly it seems to us that they never had one for people who solve the game. My rate of 3 stars is the average between the escape room itself (4) and service (2). If you try to improve your services, you will have better results!
