A meglepetés az összeállításnál ért, mivel szemmel láthatóan voltak az elemeken besötétedett részek, pl. az ágyvégre "ráfényképeződött" a hosszdeszka profilja. Volt más jel is, pl csavar aminek mellékelve kellett volna lenni a helyére volt csavarozva, emiatt elsőre nem is illeszkedett az ágyrács. Összeszerelési rajz is hiányzott. Szemmel látható volt, hogy egy bemutató darabot csomagoltak újra és adtak el. Az ügyvezetőnek küldött reklamáló e-mailemre semmiféle választ sem kaptam. Sokat rendelek webáruházakból, így még nem jártam, igaz még sehol sem akartak rámsózni olyan árut amelyet már használtak. Ilyen árukat féláron szoktak adni (pl. Jysk) Nem tudom, hogy az ügyvezető úr mit szólna ha autóvásárláskor, egy kipucolt bemutató autót adnának el neki rendes áron a reklamáláskor pedig levegőnek néznék.....Még az egy csillagot is sokallom, de ennél kevesebbet nem lehet adni. Az ügyfélszolgálat mindent hárít, semmilyen segítséget nem nyújtanak jogos igény esetén sem. Nem ajánlom senkinek a tőlük való rendelést. Az ide írt válaszukra reagálva elmondom, hogy az Önök által küldött termék 3 részből állt, nem kettőből, az összeszerelés legutolsó lépése után lehet felfordítani az asztalt és csak akkor vàlik láthatóvá az asztal lapja, ami jelen esetben sérült volt (a sérülésnél javítókréta hasznàlata látszik) A kicserélést pedig emailben valamint telefonon is kértük! Javaslom azoknak, akik mégis rendelnek tőlük videón rögzítsék a kibontást, kicsomagolást, mert a cég minden körülmény esetén a felhasználóra tolja a felelősséget! A lent írt válaszuk vonatkozásában ajánlom figyelmükbe a 2022.06.20. napján irt e-mail üzenetem ismételten történő elolvasását, ugyanis abban az alábbiakat írtam: “ Önök egy hibás, sérült termeket küldtek, amely esetén a minimum lenne, hogy biztosítják annak kicserélését egy hibátlan asztalra. Kritikán aluli a hozzáállás, hogy mindent hárítanak és semmilyen módon sem próbálják a helyzetet mindkét fél számára megnyugtató módon rendezni. A kicsomagolás során összesen hárman voltunk jelen és mind a hárman észleltük a hibákat. Az azonban, hogy az asztal lapja is sérült nyilvánvalóan csak akkor volt látható, amikor az összeszerelés utolsó fázisát követően fel lett fordítva az asztal.
