Amikor kibontottam a csomagot észre vettem, hogy a légkompresszor motorjának burkolata és maga a motor hűtője sérült. Megpróbáltam telefonon elérni őket, ám miután kicsöngött a vonal azt mondta ezen a számon előfizető nem kapcsolható. Töszöri próbálkozásomra sem voltak hajlandók szóba állni vem. Ezt a problémát jeleztem az e-MAG felé is mivel velük áll kapcsolatban, ők azt mondták Hírös Webárúházzal rendezzem le, de kérdem én hogyan, mikor nem állnak velem szóba? Sem e-mailre sem pedig telefonra nem reagáltak, soha többet semmit nem rendelek tőlük és mindenkit lebeszélek, hogy innen rendeljen, megbízhatatlan és inkorrekt cég. Nagy 0! Még az egy csillag is túlzás... Három hét után érdeklődtem telefonon, hogy mi van a megrendelt termékkel, akkor visszahívást ígértek. Ez a mai napig nem sikerült. Időközben máshol jöval olcsóbban megrendeltem a terméket. Az elmúlt négy hét (2020.09.01-2020.09.23) alatt egy betű nem érkezett tőlük. Se igazolás a rendelés feldolgozásáról, sem a megrendelés törléséről. Nem ajánlom senkinek. Másnap egy másik áruházból megrendeltem ugyanezt az árút.Két nap mulva meg is kaptam. Ezek szerint mégsem hiánycikk.Legközelebb meggondolom honnan rendeljek. Mire megérkezett a termék a raktárukba és rákérdeztem mikor kapom meg, addigra annyi választ kaptam, hogy rendeljem meg a webáruházból a terméket, amit már korábban megrendeltem onnan! ??? Két hete nem írnak vissza, 30 ezres megrendelésről (amit előre kifizettem PayPal-lal Vaterán) nem tudnak semmit amikor felhívom őket, időt kérnek, mondják majd visszahívnak, de nem teszik, majd miután elindítok egy claim-et PayPal-on akkor ők vannak felháborodva... Soha többet nem vásárolok tőlük. Az egy csillag is túlzás. Update 1. Természetesen b*sznak reagálni a PayPal claim-re így a pénzem több, mint egy hónapig parkol náluk, mire visszakapom. Nem érdemlik meg a nulla csillagot sem
