S	Szabolcs Felföldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bevittem nyár elején a laptopomat egy egyszerű feladattal: töröljék le a saját ( gyári ) média playert, mert rengeteg galibát okozott. Többek között emiatt már újra is kellett a gépemet rakni. Meghagytam nekik hogy többen a VLC média playert ajánlják, így az lenne a jó, bár tök mindegy a régi ne legyen rajta mert hibát okozott mindig ( gyári hiba ). Ott hagytam, 5 nap múlva érte mentem mert kellett, közölték velem, hogy nem adtam meg a belépési kódot. Hát akkor meg minek hagytam ott a tel. számomat? Kénytelen voltam elvinni máshoz, mert kellett a gép sürgösen, ott derült ki hogy aki hozzányúlt be tudott lépni, és letörölt mindent. Tehát nem hogy teljesítették volna a kérésemet, hanem a memóriától kezdve mindent letöröltek. Kézhez kaptam egy üres gépet. A szakmai jellegzetességről annyit, hogy egy tanítványom rakta újra a megfelelő média lejátszóval, aki mellesleg szakács. Nem tudom milyen programozókkal állnak kapcsolatban, de egyenesen szar! Azért nem adok kevesebb pontot, mert nem lehet. I brought my laptop in early summer with a simple task: wipe my own (factory) media player because it caused a lot of crashes. One of the reasons for this was that I had to reload my machine. I let them recommend that several people recommend the VLC media player, so that would be good, although it doesn't matter if the old one is wrong because it always caused an error (factory error). I left it there, I went for it in 5 days because I had to, I was told I didn’t give me the access code. Well then why did I leave the tel. my number? I was forced to take it to someone else because I needed the plane urgently, it turned out that whoever touched it could enter and wipe everything. So not that their request would have been granted, but everything from the memory was erased. I got an empty plane. The professional feature is that it was reloaded by a student of mine with the right media player who, by the way, is a chef. I don't know what programmers they're dealing with, but it sucks! I don’t give less points because I can’t.

Viszont jó hír hogy a rendelésre érkezett, jobban pörgő alkatrészekre nem tesznek túl magas haszonkulcsot. Egyébiránt rendkívül kedves a kiszolgálás de azzal is tisztában vagyok hogy egy ilyen szűk piacon rendkívül nehéz olcsón beárazható alkalmazottakat tartani és csak azért 4 csillag mert felkészültség tekintetében még van hova feljődni. Nem szeretnék konkrétumot említeni mivel mindezt építő kritikának szánom. Örülök hogy van hova beugrani egy RAM ért vagy egy SSD-ért a környéken :) They don't keep much in stock. On the other hand, the good news is that they don’t make too high a profit margin on better-spinning parts that come with your order. By the way, the service is extremely nice but I am also aware that in such a tight market it is extremely difficult to keep employees priced cheaply and only 4 stars because there is still room to come up in terms of preparedness. I do not want to mention anything specific, as I intend this to be a constructive critique. I'm glad there's nowhere to pop in for a RAM or an SSD in the area :)

A kommunikációval komoly problémák voltak, ezért nem adhatok 5 csillagot annak ellenére, hogy az elvégzett munka minősége viszont hibátlan volt. Múlt hét szerdán érdeklődtem hogy mikorra tudnák elvégezni az újrahúzást, akkor azt mondták hogyha péntek reggel beviszem, a kolléga még aznap meg tudja csinálni, amiből nem lett semmi, mert egyéni okok miatt nem tudott dolgozni. Ezzel nincs semmilyen baj, csak jelezzék valamilyen módon, hogy tudjam mire számítsak. Amikor ezt kiderítettem, azt mondták hogy a gépem a "következő a sorban", de hétfőn, kedden, sőt, szerdán sem lett kész. A mai napon elkészült, és tényleg remekül működik. Nem a késéssel volt a probléma, hanem a hanyag kommunikációval, ezen kérem javítsanak a jövőben. I took my desktop computer for service to win a Win10 reboot. There were serious problems with the communication, so I can’t give it 5 stars even though the quality of the work done was flawless. Last Wednesday I was wondering when they could do the re-pull, then they said that if I brought it in on Friday morning, my colleague would still be able to do it that day, which became nothing because he couldn’t work for individual reasons. There’s nothing wrong with that, just signal it in some way so I know what to expect. When I found out about this, they said my plane was "next in line," but it wasn't ready on Monday, Tuesday, or even Wednesday. It’s done today and it really works great. It was not the delay that was the problem, but the careless communication, please correct this in the future.
