The courier did not bring out my package, claiming he could not find the number 7! There are only four odd house numbers on the street .... it must be hard to count! Unqualified !!!

Nem azt vitattam, hogy az ügyintézők nincsenek a telefon mellett. Azt kifogásoltam, hogy a bejövő hivásokat nem veszik fel. Többször próbálkoztam, mégsem vette fel senki.
No one picked up the phone after waiting 10 minutes during the official opening hours.
I didn’t argue that the clerks aren’t on the phone. I objected to incoming calls not being answered. I tried several times, yet no one picked it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hívott szám pillanatnyilat nem kapcsolható. Nagyon korrekt. A cég pedig elvesztette a csomagom. SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM, KRITIKÁN ALULI CÉG!!! Az alkalmazottak is barmok!
Mivel nincs válasz gomb így itt válaszolnék a FedEx reakciójára:
1. Sehol nem említettem úgy gondolom, hogy magánszemélyként adtam fel a csomagot és azt sem írtam, hogy magánszemélynek. (szövegértés...)
2. tudom, hogy csak cégtől cégeknek szállít, de azért köszönöm mindenképpen az információt...
3. a TNT Express akkor nem az Önök leányvállalata?
4. amikor Önöket megkerestem, ha szükséges idelinkelem az egész beszélgetést is, hogy elvesztették a csomagom abszolút senkit nem érkedelt annyira a dolog ami nem 100.000 forint értékű..., hogy ezzel foglalkozzon.
The currently dialed number cannot be switched. Very correct. And the company lost my package. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE, A LOW CRITICAL COMPANY !!! Employees are also beasts!
Since there is no answer button, here is how I would respond to FedEx's response:
1. I didn’t mention it anywhere I think I gave up the package as an individual and I didn’t even write it as an individual. (comprehension...)
2. I know you only ship from company to company, but thank you for the information anyway ...
3. Is TNT Express not your subsidiary?
4. when I contacted you, if necessary, I would call you here for the whole conversation, that they lost my package.
