A kolleganő szerinti "bontásra váró ingatlan"-t (amit a házból be sem lépve röntgen szemével megnézett) meghirdette egy MÁSIK (mérföldekkel profibb és kedvesebb csapat), a hirdetés nem volt fent 24 óráig és elkelt az ingatlan, ráadásul azért a pénzért, amit szerettem volna kapni érte!
Ó, még hozzátenném azt is hogy az előre megbeszélt időpontot is elfelejtették, de hát profik ????
Senkinek NEM ajánlom, van Baja és kornyékén jobb értékelést kapott ingatlanos, őket viszont bátran ajánlom.
Ha lehetne 0 csillagra értékelni, annyira értékelném.
Handler, incompetent staff. According to a colleague, the "property to be demolished" (which he looked at with an X-ray without even entering the house) was advertised by ANOTHER (miles more professional and kinder team), the ad was not up for 24 hours and the property sold out for the money I wanted to get it for you!
Oh, I would even add that the pre-arranged date has been forgotten, but well, pros ????
I would NOT recommend it to anyone, there is a real estate in Baja and its surroundings, but I strongly recommend them.
If I could rate it 0 stars, I would rate it so much.
