Отличное расположение, приветливая милая хозяйка, паркинг, прекрасная лужайка, много детских игрушек, хороший набор кухонных принадлежностей, садовая мебель, сушилка для одежды и тд.. Негативный: Если совсем придираться, то если жить дольше недели, то не хватает стиральной машины и кондиционера.
F	Fanni Juhász on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó Hölgy és a szállás is gyönyörű volt. A gyerekjátékok is hasznosak voltak. A legfelső apartmanban nagyon tetszett a panoráma, rálátni a Badacsonyra. A grillsütőt is élveztem. Kb 100 méterre volt a szabad strand éttermekkel, játszóterekkel, röplabda és focipályávaval és kiülős székek is találhatók a strandon. A vízben még kosár és vizilabda pálya is van. Nagyon élveztem! Minden megvolt benne! Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!!!❤❤❤ The hostess was very kind and the accommodation was beautiful. Children’s toys were also helpful. In the top apartment I really liked the panorama, the view of Badacsony. I also enjoyed the grill. About 100 meters was the free beach with restaurants, playgrounds, volleyball and soccer fields and seating chairs on the beach. There is even a basket and water polo court in the water. I really enjoyed! Everything was there in it! I can only recommend to everyone !!! ❤❤❤

La propriétaire, Melinda, qui parle par ailleurs parfaitement le français, était à nos petits soins. Elle nous a proposé des super activités et des visites à faire, ainsi que nous a mis à disposition des équipements nécessaires pour qu'on puisse passer d'agréables vacances avec nos enfants (baignoire, chaise bébé, livres, jouets, etc...). L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé et vraiment proche de la plage libre! Quoi demander de plus quand on est avec des enfants de bas âge?! Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés et y retournerions avec grand plaisir! Merci encore pour tout et à très bientôt! We had a wonderful week at Lake Balaton, Hungary at Villa Fenyves. The owner, Melinda, who otherwise speaks perfect French, couldn't do enough for us. She offered us great activities and visits to do, as well as provided us with the necessary equipment so that we could have a pleasant holiday with our children (bath, baby chair, books, toys, etc ... ). The apartment was very clean, well equipped and really close to the free beach! What more could you ask for when you are with young children ?! We recommend this establishment with our eyes closed and would definitely return! Thank you again for everything and see you soon!

Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et rapidement disponibles en cas de besoin. Un vrai plus sont les nombreux jouets disponibles, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on séjourne avec des enfants. Villa propre et bien équipée. We had a wonderful week at Lake Balaton with the family. The villa is very close to the beach. The hosts were very welcoming and readily available when needed. A real plus are the many toys available, which is very practical when staying with children. Clean and well equipped villa.

The value for money was not realy as you can stay in cheapest places and also this was first time in my life paying for city tax which was not professional as they can include in the price even if was higher..

They really wanted us to enjoy our stay as much as possible providing many hints what can be done in the area to entertain ourselves as well as where to shop etc. They even have no issues with answering all the question you may have at any time. The place was nice and comfortable and quiet during the night. We got the room with a balcony and the lake view which was really nice. I will be happy to stay at the same place when visiting Balaton lake again.. Negative: There is no air conditioning but it was really not an issue for us as we were out during the day and during night it was cold enough for the opened windows to do the job. Even during days it was not that hot inside so I wouldn't worry about that much..
