Per assicurare l’impermeabilità al rischio antitrust, è necessario saper identificare le attività e i comportamenti che possono generare il rischio antitrust e, in caso di necessità, rivolgersi immediatamente all’Antitrust Compliance Officer (ACO), nominato dal CdA del Gruppo e ottenere chiare indicazioni. L’ACO assicura la tempestiva divulgazione delle informazioni, fornisce consulenza ai dipendenti, promuove le attività formative in materia, oltre ad assicurare un sistema sanzionatorio, premiale e di whistle blowing, così come audit per i dipendenti più esposti al rischio.
