Normal-decent service.Never helpful, knowledgeable.Not like a couple of stores calling themselves a specialist store. THANK YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Figyelmes kiszolgálás, mindent megkaptam. Tiszta, rendezett üzlet, egyenruhás, jól öltözött eladók. Öröm volt betérni. Látszik hogy nemcsak árulják a szerelvényeket, hanem szakmabeliek.
Attentive service, I got everything. Clean, tidy shop, uniformed, well-dressed sellers. It was a pleasure to come. It seems that not only are the fittings being sold, but also professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem sikerült bejutni. 5 percet vártam a rács előtt, mert az eladó más ügyféllel beszélt, és semmilyen jelét nem adta annak, hogy a közeljövőben be fog engedni. Első alkalommal látogattam volna ide, tehát azt sem tudom biztosan, hogy megtalálom amit keresek. Nem vártam, eljöttem.
Couldn't get in. I waited 5 minutes in front of the grid because the seller was talking to another customer and gave no sign that he would let him in the near future. I would have visited here for the first time, so I don’t even know for sure that I will find what I am looking for. I didn't wait, I came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 órát vártam, mire bejutottam és átvehettem az online leadott rendelést. 6 ember várakozott kinn előttem, átlag 5-10 perc/fő a kiszolgálás időtartama. Hozzáteszem, mindezt kora délután fél 2-kor, tehát nem a reggeli csúcsban. A személyzet kifogása, hogy a járványügyi intézkedések miatt csak 2 vásárlót tudnak egyidőben kiszolgálni. Ezt el tudom fogadni, arra viszont nincs kifogás, hogy a megnövekedett várakozási időre miért nem lehet felhívni a figyelmet a rendelés leadásakor. Illetve miért nem lehet előkészíteni az online fizetett rendelést, és azt soron kívül átadni. Amennyiben ezt korrigálják, frissítem az értékelést, addig marad az 1*.
I waited 1 hour before I got in and could take the order I placed online. 6 people were waiting outside in front of me, average 5-10 minutes / person for the duration of the service. I would add all this in the early afternoon at half past two, so not in the morning peak. The staff complain that due to epidemiological measures they can only serve 2 customers at a time. I can accept this, but there is no objection to why the increased waiting time cannot be taken into account when placing an order. Or why it is not possible to prepare an online paid order and deliver it out of line. If this is corrected, I will update the rating, it will remain 1 *.

Bottom Line: Infinitely kind and helpful professionals work here.
I wouldn't compare it to any other hardware store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fél órát várni kell, mindenki tetű lassan dolgozik, mintha valami öreg otthonban lennék. Senkit nem zavar hogy a bolt előtt áll a sor vége. És persze nem is volt amit szerettem volna.
I have to wait half an hour, everyone’s lice are working slowly, like I’m in some old home. No one is bothered that the store is nearing the end of the line. And of course it wasn't what I wanted.
