★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehéz odatalálni, nincs kitáblázott útvonal, nincs sehol jele annak, hogy lehet valahol parkolni, a bejáratot úgy találtuk meg, mintha valami régészeti lelőhelyet kerestünk volna, amikor beértünk végre, a pultban valaki pörköltöt evett kuktából. A kiszolgálás menete homályba burkolózik, mint a sith nagyurak munkássága, de végülis, amiért mentünk, megkaptuk. Van mit fejlődni a customer service terén.
Hard to come by, no signposted, no sign of parking, we found the entrance as if we were looking for some archaeological site when we finally arrived, someone at the counter eating stew from a bin. The process of service is shrouded in obscurity as the work of the Sith lords, but in the end, for what we went, we got it. There is room for improvement in customer service.

Mire közölték, hogy a rendelés előtti napon azért még egyszer szóljunk oda, nehogy elfelejtsék miből és mennyit kell rendelni, másrészt ők is inkább csak remélték, hogy amit rendelnek ez meg is érkezik. Olybá tűnt a következő szállítmány összetétele számukra is igazi meglepetés lesz. Végül megjött, előzetes ígéret alapján a vágást is „valahogy megoldják”. A főnök békésen trécselt, mint kiderült anélkül, hogy a szállítmányunkat bevételezte volna, +20p várakozás. A hosszú egyeztetést követő manuális darabolásnál persze nekünk is be kellett segíteni, mert ember…az nincs, vagy ha van, nem ér rá. Lassan telik az idő az Izzó utcában.
It was not in stock, so we ordered. The boss teased peacefully, as it turned out, without having received our shipment, + 20p waiting. Of course, we also had to help with the manual cutting after a long consultation, because people nincs it is not, or if it is, it is not worth it. Time passes slowly on Izzó Street.

Unfriendly service, jerk for sale. Entrance, parking space is not clearly marked. I was here for the first and last time, I would rather get it from another place that I wanted to buy.
