Addigra már kb 10en nyomorogtunk a sorunkra várva. Ha már az ügyfél irányában egy elnézést kérünk mondat sem sikerül, legalább egy cetlit az ablakba lehetne tenni, hogy Zárva... A nyitvatartást sem nevezném ügyfélbarátnak. Délben ebédidőben egyszerűen bezárni, sokan csak akkor tudnak befizetni, hiszen 8-4ig dolgoznak. Miért nem tudnak felvátva ebédelni menni???? We waited 12 minutes in a mask, jacket at the overheated and crowded first window before being carelessly thrown by the young lady sitting at the 2 windows to line up for the second window. By then, we had about 10 miserable waiting in line. If in the direction of the customer we apologize for a sentence that fails, at least a note could be placed in the window that Closed ... I wouldn't call the opening hours customer-friendly either. It simply closes at noon at noon, many can only deposit as they work 8-4. Why can't they go to lunch halfway ????
