Amíg a telefon náluk volt, semmilyen információt nem tudtak adni róla, sem személyesen, sem telefonon.
Akkor sem hívtak, mikor a telefon visszaérkezett az üzletbe. Az eladó stílusa, felkészültsége is kritikán aluli.
 We handed over a phone for display replacement in early May, which we received back in mid-June.
As long as the phone was with them, they could not give any information about it, either in person or by phone.
They didn’t even call when the phone got back to the store. The seller's style and readiness are also beyond criticism.
