9	95 Ádám on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018.09.06.án vásároltam online bolti átvétellel egy iphone 8 plus telefonkészüléket, 259990ft-ér.Amit 2018.09.17.én vissza vittem mert a hangszóró hibás volt.Elküldték a szervízbe ahonnan 2018.10.04-én karcos kijelzővel kaptam vissza a telefon dobozáról az IMEI számot letépték a készüléket nem vettem át ismét visszakülték a szervízbe azóta nem kaptam meg, de a készülket nem is veszem át a Fogyasztó Védelmi Felügyelőséghez fogok fordulni, mivel a készüléket ki kelett volna cserélniük. Két hónapja nincs telefonom. Az üzletben az eladók segítőkészek voltak de a FirstPhone üzletet senki nem ajánlom! On September 6, 2018, I bought an iphone 8 plus phone for 259990ft with an online store receipt. I took it back on September 17, 2018 because the speaker was defective. It was sent to the service from where I received a scratched return from the phone box on October 4, 2018. IMEI number was torn off I didn't take the device back I sent it back to the service since then I haven't received it, but I won't take the device back I will contact the Consumer Protection Inspectorate as they would have to replace the device. I haven't had a phone in two months. The sellers in the store were helpful but no one would recommend the FirstPhone store!

Előtte voltam a telekomban, várni kellett egy órát a semmire, elhajtottak hogy nem allitanak be semmit. Nem is tudtam hogy a Huaweinek van Debreceni szervize, eddig mi akárhonnan vettük mindig felküldték Budapestre, hatalmas plusz ez. fogunk még itt vásárolni .
