Elvittem a szervizhez, ahol a munkatárs kb. 2 percet nézte telefonomat, bedugta, kihuzta, szét se szerelte, azt mondta ez biztos panelhibas, kuka, vegyek új telefont, illetve mondta, hogy talán hozzam vissza hétfőn, akkor megnézi a hozzá szakértőbb kolléga is. Így is tettem, hétfőn visszamentem, kolléga asszony beviszi telefont, kb. 2 perc múlva ugyanúgy vissza hozza, hogy ez panelhibás, ami legalább 90 ezer ft, vegyek új telefont.. Tehát kétszer jártam itt, ezalatt összesen 5 percet szántak az egyébként nem olcsó telefonomra, egyszer se szerelték szét, csak láthatatlanba dobálóztak a szavakkal, árakkal, illetve, hogy vegyek új telót. Ezek tudatában jártam más egerszegi üzletekbe, ahol sokkal szakértőbbek, segítőkészebbek a kollégák és reményeim szerint meg tudják mondani mi a baja, hiszen bevittek vizsgálásra, és ajánlottak addig B opciót. Így bátran kijelenhetem, hogy akinek nagyobb baja van a telefonjának, az ne keresse meg ezt Samsung "szervizt". On July 17, 2020, my S8 turned off, I couldn’t turn it on anymore. Az ott dolgozó eladó felháborodott hangon kiabált ránk, hogy sokan vagyunk az üzletben. Kiküldött minket. Két Xiaomi telefon vétele miatt mentünk. Maximális kapacitás: 65% Szerintük az akku hibátlan... A rendszer a régi akku állapotát tudja. Utána jártam, mert nagyon pancser módban tartotta a probléma megoldását. Másik szervizben ezt mondták: 30 db. Rendelt akksiból 11 db-ot kellett visszaküldeni tesztelés után. A szerviz menüben törölni kellett volna a régi aksit, majd hozzátette, igen amatőr munka volt, mert a telefont ilyen állapotban nem adhatta volna ki a kezéből. ( és gyalázatos módon összemaszatolva ) " látványos gyorsasággal merül... " - biztos alaplap hibás. A régi 4 éves akksi is tudott hasonló teljesítményt, nem sikerült megértetni vele. Ami a szerviz részéről történt azt úgy hívják: Lehúzás. Ami az eladó részéről: A vevő hülyének nézése. Ilyen emberekkel nem lehet vitatott dolgokat kultúrált módon rendezni, ezért azt ajánlanám, előzd meg a bajt. Jobb a békesség, nemde?? Ajánlom-e az üzletet? Persze, vegyél tokot, stb.
