★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy nappal ezelőtt felrakattam P30Pro telefonomra egy üvegfóliát, majd 1-2 órán belül saját hibámból kis helyen fel levegősödött. Visszamentem, orvosolták, majd este is eljátszottam ugyanezt. Ma ismét bementem, kérni akartam egy új üvegfóliát, gondoltam kicsit megalkuszunk a másodikra. Szó nélkül felrakták az új üvegfóliát, teljesen ingyen, ami nagyon szépen mutat a telefonomon!
Nehéz engem a mai világban már meglepni, azonban ez a korrekt hozzáállás elismerést érdemel!

A day ago I put a glass foil on my P30Pro phone and then within 1-2 hours it blown up in a small place due to my own fault. I went back, they fixed it, and then I played the same thing in the evening. I went in again today, I wanted to ask for a new glass foil, I thought we were a little bargain for the second one. They put on the new glass foil without a word, completely free of charge, which looks very nice on my phone!
It’s hard to surprise me in today’s world, but this right attitude deserves recognition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letört a telefonomról egy pici alkatrész, bevittem szerelésre, életemben először mentem oda. Megragasztották, és mikor fizettem volna, nem fogadtak el semmit. Állati rendesek, teljesen meghatódtam.
A tiny part broke off my phone, I brought it in for assembly, I went there for the first time in my life. They glued me and when I would have paid, they didn’t accept anything. Animal decks, I was completely touched.

Kijelző cserére vittük a pár hónapos telefont, azóta használhatatlan. A ragasztó befolyt a kamerához, így homályos képet csinált, a kijelző nem világosodik fel hívás közben. Mikor jeleztük az úrnak flegmán, bunkón elhajtott minket.
Második próbálkozásra nagynehezen azt mondta megnézik, hagyjuk ott a készüléket. Dec. 23-án hagytuk ott, március 3-án kaptuk meg a telefont és az állapota változatlan.... átvételkor közölte, hogy a másik telefonból nem tudja kiszedni a simkártyát, nem tudja átrakni, igaz, eltörte annak is a keretét, de ez már mellékes....
Nem is értem, hogy lehet a vevővel ilyen lekezelően, bunkón beszélni??...

We took the phone for a few months to replace the display, it has been unusable ever since. The glue has flowed into the camera, resulting in a blurred image, the screen does not light up during a call. When we signaled to the gentleman the phlegm, he drove us off a jerk.
On the second try with great difficulty he said look, leave the device there. We left it there on Dec. 23, we received the phone on March 3rd and its condition is unchanged .... upon receipt he said that he can't take out the sim card from the other phone, he can't reload it, it's true, he broke its frame, but it's already incidental ....
I don't even understand how you can talk to the customer with such a condescending, jerk ?? ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bő 1 éve vettem telefont náluk, profin segítettek kiválasztani mire van szükségem, és mi az amiért fölösleges lenne már fizetnem! Ezen kívül az ajánlott tokkal és védőfóliával is meg vagyok elégedve. Pár hete vettem headset-et is a telefonomhoz, akkor is ugyanezt a profizmust tapasztaltam. Ajánlom!
I bought a phone from them for over 1 year, they helped me choose what I needed and what it would be unnecessary to pay for! I am also satisfied with the recommended case and protective foil. I also bought a headset for my phone a couple of weeks ago, I still experienced the same professionalism. I recommend!
