Változatos és kemény edzések és mindig jó hangulat. Nincs ugyan több tucat gép mint egy konditeremben de nincs is rá szükség. Az edzések során az edzők kihozzàk a gépparkból és a vendégekből is a maximumot. Rugalmasak, segitőkészek, és felkészültek. Mindig ott állnak melletted ês ott segítenek ahol tudnak. Legyen szó egy gyakorlatról vagy akár étrendről... Personally, my last 6-8 years have been spent lazing around with little exercise and a poor diet. I decided to change and I am very glad to find you here ... Varied and hard workouts and always a good mood. There aren't dozens of machines in a gym, but you don't need them. During the training sessions, the coaches get the most out of both the machine park and the guests. They are flexible, helpful, and prepared. They are always there for you and help where they can.
