★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Látogatóban járok időnként Kiskőrösön, ilyenkor rendszerint igyekszem egy-két órát eltölteni a ShredxFitnessben ahol tágas térben kellemes klimával jó hangulatban telnek az edzés percei/órái. Gépparkja minden alkalommal lenyűgőz, mind felszereltségét mind állapotát tekintve kifogástalan. Tetszik, hogy a kardió részleg külön helységben foglal helyet, elkülönülve a "gyúros" résztől. Így azok a kezdők akik zavarba jönnek a profi testépítőktől feszengés nélkül kardiózhatnak. Külön +pont számomra a multifunkcionális cross trainig állvány TRX kötelekkel felszerelve ahol mindenféle saját testsúlyós gyakorlatok kivitelezését lehet megkisérelni. Az óriási tükrök pedig optikailag megduplázzák a termet amely egyébként sem kicsi, de elsődleges funkciójukként természetesen a kellőképpen bedurrantott izomzat nézegetésére szolgálnak. Edzés végeztével bőven akad platz a nyújtógyaorlatok elvégzéséhez, a proteinbárban pedig mindenféle ízben készítenek finom italokat ahol rendszerint udvarias és kedves a kiszolgálás.
I visit Kiskőrös from time to time, in which case I usually try to spend an hour or two in ShredxFitness, where the minutes / hours of training are spent in a good atmosphere with a pleasant climate in a spacious space. Its fleet is impressive every time, and its equipment and condition are impeccable. I like that the cardio section is located in a separate room, separate from the "ring" section. This way, beginners who are embarrassed by professional bodybuilders can cardio without tension. A separate + point for me is the multifunctional cross train stand equipped with TRX ropes where you can try all kinds of your own weight exercises. And the huge mirrors optically double the room, which is not small anyway, but their primary function is, of course, to view the sufficiently pierced muscle. At the end of the workout, there is plenty of space to do the stretching exercises, and the protein bar prepares delicious drinks in all kinds of flavors where the service is usually polite and kind.
