★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they have an English sounding name, they speak no English.
Their service is slow (it took them 3 weeks to tell me if it was going to be covered by the warranty, expensive (they wanted to charge me almost 100€ to change the screen of my laptop, that's done in 20 minutes and I told them the exact problem), even slower (on top of what I waited they wanted me to wait for another 2 or 7 weeks.
Furthermore, they are far from being polite and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service. They sent a guy twice when I had issues with my Dell XPS laptop (with warranty). I got an excellent service both times, with great communication. The guy mentioned that they rarely request reviews from their satisfied customers, so their rating might be lower than if they'd be more conscious about this. In any case, I honestly recommend them based on my experience.

In fact he was Brilliant ? and my PC is like brand new again, just like the first time I bought it... If anyone needs best place to Service their PC, I 100% recommend them. Above all, SZBG professional and personal attitudes and helpfulness is the best and has no rival... I am very grateful for your service and will recommend this engineer to anyone ?... I will give you 10 stars ? if possible... also, the receptionists were very courteous... thanks a lot
