Nagyon pozitív az első benyomás, kedves az ügyfélszolgálatos hölgy, aki többször érdeklődött, van-e kérdésünk, minden rendben van-e. Illetve az úr, aki személyesen keresett meg egy meghatalmazás kapcsán, is nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Bízom benne, hogy megmarad ez a pozitív benyomás a későbbiekben is. A szerződés aláírásakor szóban ígéretet kaptunk, hogy 1 hónapon belül szépkártya elfogadására is alkalmas lesz a terminál, ennek lassan másfél!!!!!! éve! Határozatlan idejű szerződést kötöttünk, mikor vissza akartuk adni a terminált, közölték, hogy határozott idejű a szerződés, csak kötbér ellenében mondható fel!! A terminál leadásakor átvételi nyugtát sem tudtak adni, semmit!!!! Ellenben a szerződés megszüntetéséhez kell ez a papir, ami nincs!!!! A határozott idejű szerződés ideje sem derül ki, csak annyi, hogy melyik hónapban mondható le!!!! Egyértelműen látszik, hogy ez a cég arról szól, hogy a kötbérből éljünk, semmi háttér munka nincs mögötte!!!! Update: válaszoltak itt a bejegyzésemre, kérték a telefonszámomat, megkapták, azóta se hívtak..... Ennyi..... Attention!!! I do not recommend anyone to sign a contract with them !! The duration of the fixed-term contract is not clear either, only the month in which it can be terminated !!!! It is clear that this company is about making a living from the penalty, there is no background work behind it !!!! Update: they answered my post here, asked for my phone number, got it, haven't called since ..... That's it .....

Ha pedig gyakorikerdesek.hu-ról jötték, csak megjegyezném, hogy saját maguknak írják a válaszokat, hogy "milyen megbízható a Fizetési Pont"... Hát nem. Erősen kerülendő ! Félreinformálják az ügyfeleket, reklamációra, nem reagálnak. terminál leadása bonyolult, plusz költségekkel jár az ügyfélnek.
