K	Krisztián Krausz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonos érdeklődésre jelezték, hogy az itt szereplő nyitva tartás nem aktuális (akkor miért nem módosítják?!), kedden egyáltalán nincsenek nyitva, szerdán is csak délig. Kicsit olyan érzése van az embernek, mintha az ügyfél tenne szívességet a szerviznek. Sajnos a szerviz addig működik, amíg a gyártók megbíznak bennük, azaz nem a szerviz felé érdemes reklamálni, hanem a gyártó felé, amivel a garanciális probléma volt. Természetesen ha az ember eljut oda, foglalkoznak vele és nem elégedett, akkor mindenképp érdemes beírni a vásárlók könyvébe. Telephone inquiries have indicated that the opening hours listed here are not current (why not change ?!), they are not open at all on Tuesdays, and only until noon on Wednesdays. It feels a bit like the customer is doing the service a favor. Unfortunately, the service works as long as the manufacturers trust them, ie it is not worth complaining to the service, but to the manufacturer, which was the warranty problem. Of course, if one gets there, they deal with it and are not satisfied, it is definitely worth writing into the customer book.
I	István Bakonyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagy ívben kerülje mindenki. 2 hónapig tartott egy gyári hibás klíma kicserélése . Megemlítettem a FOGYASZTÓVÉDELMET akkor kezdtek csinálni valamit! Lekezelő banda a telefont nem veszik fel, csoda hogy még működnek. A szerviz igénytelenségéről ne is beszéljünk. Avoid everyone in a big arc. It took 2 months to replace a factory defective air conditioner. I mentioned CONSUMER PROTECTION then they started doing something! The gang is not picking up the phone, wonder they are still working. Not to mention the lack of service.

A	Attila Reich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy media marktban vásárolt mini léghűtőt küldtek el hozzájuk garanciális javításra (1 nap, egyszeri használat után az USB beszakadt). 1,5 hónap hatalmas munka után megállapították, hogy nem garanciális a javítás mert én vagyok a hibás. Gondoltam legalább megérdeklődöm ezt mi alapján állapították meg, a telefont sem voltak hajlandók felvenni. 0 szakértelem, 0 ügyfélközpontúság. A mini air cooler purchased in a media mark was sent to them for warranty repair (1 day, USB disconnected after a single use). After 1.5 months of huge work it was found that there is no warranty for the repair because I am at fault. I thought at least I was interested in what they found out, they didn't even want to pick up the phone. 0 expertise, 0 customer focus.

Már elfogyott a türelmem.Sajnos 180 km a távolság tőlem és a Bp-i cím között így a személyes ügyintézés nem megoldható. I bought a humidifying fan, the pump part of which does not work.
