We rent from Flatco in City home with our 2 year old girl, she enjoys the indoor baby room and outdoor playgrounds. I pay 165.000 a month for totally new apartment, really good experience.

For all future possible tenants. Be aware and better avoid this company for renting a flat. Living a year I had almost no concerns about the flat. However after 1 year my decision was to move out as it stipulated at the contract without any breaches. During handover managers started to find any, literally any fault 1 mm scratch or stain or anything does not matter. Must say that I ve ordered a deep cleaning in advance to make a good condition of the flat for handing over and all that time I lived alone so believe flat was renovated before me and remained same condition after (btw the contract includes a concept such as (wear and fair tear). All in all I was disagree with everything they documented, signed a protocol mentioned that, but they voilated that fact and anyway charged 50000HUF for cleaning and 20000HUF for painting (idk) nothing said or wrote to me before. So i recommend you better not to have business with that poor guys. It is not about money, 200 euros is nothing, though idk who makes cleaning for 150+ euros, it is more about fraud and dirty business, and Im more that sure it happens with every tenant. Btw flat was not cheap or expensive, approx 1k EUR that i paid always in time. Upd as of Oct 20. I see that the company finally started to meet feedback of their business behavior, thus I kindly attach several photos, that were documented as breaches of contract, among other things, cause they treat all reviews as fake. Unfortunately as of now left only few photos from that day. Fyi a part of handover protocol and what means “dirty” in their opinion.
