Mindannyiszor elölről kellett kezdenem elmagyarázni, hogy mit szeretnék, és azt sem tudtam elérni, hogy ők keressenek, ha megjött az áru, vagy nem vállalják a beszerzést.
They are unable to obtain a specific, not even special, houseplant. I gave up after at least six vain inquiries, personal appearances. Each time I had to start from the beginning to explain what I wanted, and I couldn't make them look for it when the goods arrived or they didn't buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amikor 10 percet állsz sorba, majd beleütközöl a pénztáros előtti hölgybe, aki kéri a cetlit. Milyen cetlit?! És közli, hogy állj át a másik hosszú sorba, mert előbb össze kell írni a kezedben lévő két terméket egy cetlire. Nem álltam le vitatkozni erről a három speciális szaktudást igénylő munkafázisról, inkább visszapakoltam a polcra a termékeket, és megvettem máshol.
When you line up for 10 minutes, you’ll bump into the lady in front of the cashier asking for the note. What kind of note ?! And tell him to move on to the other long line because you have to put the two products in your hand on a note first. I didn’t stop arguing about these three phases of specialty work, instead I put the products back on the shelf and bought them elsewhere.
