Jótállás is kelletlenül zajlott le, elhúzták az utolsó napig meg még egyet pluszba. Láttam már pár kereskedőt innen nyugatra, ez egy szakma, jól is lehet csinálni. Well don’t let this company be first on the list unless there’s really nothing else. Unable to reach by phone. When I ordered, of course, they applied right away. L	László Fejes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020. júniusában vásároltam az üzlettől egy LcPower LC-GC-701BW gamer széket. A szállítás során történt némi malőr, de bolt pár óra alatt korrigált. Figyelhettem volna jobban én is, csomagautomatás vásárlásként adtam le a rendelést, de a doboz a mérete és a tömege miatt nem fért volna be az automata szekrényébe, így futárral szállítottak. A rendelés leadásától számítva 5 nappal később már használtam a széket. Az egyeztetések során maximálisan segítőkészek voltak, mind telefonon, mind e-mail-en. In June 2020, I bought an LcPower LC-GC-701BW gamer chair from the store. There was some turmoil during the delivery, but the store was corrected in a few hours. I could have watched better too, I placed the order as a parcel machine purchase, but due to the size and weight of the box, it would not have fit in the cabinet of the vending machine, so it was delivered by courier. I used the chair 5 days later after placing the order. They were as helpful as possible during the negotiations, both by phone and email.

Kedden rendeltem egy terméket, raktár információ szerint "2db raktáron" szerepelt, személyes átvételre csütörtökre igazolta vissza a rendszerük. Az automata email után semmi hír. Pénteken hívom a boltot - egyből elértem -, közölték "a raktár valójában külföld, a nagykerhez hétfőre ér be, talán hétfőn, de inkább kedden vehetem át". Nekem a hét végén kellett születésnapi ajándék lett volna. A következtetést mindenki levonhatja maga. A rendelést telefonon lemondtam - ismét azonnal elértem őket -, ezt korrekten fogadták. If you need the product quickly, don’t order from here, prices are good, but stock and receipt are not real data. I ordered a product on Tuesday, according to stock information it was in "2 pieces in stock", their system confirmed it by Thursday for personal receipt. No news after the automated email. I call the store on Friday - I got there right away, they said "the warehouse is actually abroad, the wholesale will arrive on Monday, maybe on Monday, but I'd rather pick it up on Tuesday". It should have been a birthday present for me at the end of the week. Everyone can draw their own conclusions. I canceled the order over the phone - I reached them immediately again - this was received correctly.

Rendeltem egy coolert, RGB verziót, ezt tüntették fel a weben, erről küldtek garlapot, ezt számlázták, de még rendelés megjegyzésbe is beírtam, hogy az RGB-t kérem. Nyilván nem azt küldték, tehát ergo tök más terméket, mint amit kiszámláztak. Írtam már vagy 5 emailt, nem válaszolnak semmire, telefonon sem elérhetőek, nem tartom kizártnak, hogy nem véletlen tévedésről van szó, hanem direkt vertek át. Úgy látom Árukeresőn sikerült egy kicsit jobb értékelést összehozni, feltételezem nyereményjátékokkal vagy hasonlókkal, ez a Google 3.8 már jobban közelít a valósághoz, de szerintem még ez is túl sok. Senkinek nem javaslom, hogy tőlük rendeljen, és mivel azt gondolom, engem szándékosan vertek át, én rendőrségi ügyet csinálok ebből! Absolutely unreliable shop, I do not recommend anyone to buy from here! I ordered a cooler, an RGB version, it was posted on the web, a garlap was sent about it, this was billed, but I even wrote in the order comment that I would like RGB. Apparently they didn’t send it, so ergo pumpkin was a different product than what was billed. I have already written or 5 emails, they do not reply to anything, they are not available by phone, I do not rule out that this is not an accidental mistake, but was beaten directly. I see Product Search has managed to put together a slightly better rating, I assume with sweepstakes or the like, this Google 3.8 is already closer to reality, but I think even that is too much. I don’t recommend anyone order from them, and since I think I was deliberately beaten over, I’m making a police case out of this!
M	Mihaly Meszaros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garanciában cseréltettem egy éven belül egy meghibásodott pendrive-ot. Sikerült nagyobbra cseréltetni ráfizetéssel, azaz levásároltam a hibás árú árát. Az ügymenettel elégedett vagyok de sajnos telefont karácsony előtt már november végén sem vették fel nyitvatartási időben és emaill-ekre csak nagyon nehezen válaszoltak ez alatt azt értem hogy többszőr kellett ugyanazt megkérdezni mire választ kaptam egyáltalán. A 4 csillag még is azért jár mert karácsony előtt kicserélték a fenti módom így nincs okom a panaszra. I replaced a defective flash drive within a year under warranty. I managed to exchange it for a larger one with a surcharge, i.e. I bought down the wrong price. I'm happy with the case, but unfortunately I didn't pick up the phone before Christmas at the end of November and it was very difficult to answer the emails. The 4 stars are even due to the fact that the above mode was changed before Christmas so I have no reason to complain.
B	Balázs Lendvai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez a kedvenc cégem! Kétszer rendletem tőlük korábban, mindkét alkalommal problémám volt a kommunikációval. Nem lehetett őket elérni, email-re nem válaszoltak. Aztán mikor sztornóztam a rendelést, egy értékelés kisíretében egyből megszólalt a telefon, és az ember elkezdett fenyegetni hogy feljelent mert az értékelésemmel a hírnevét rontom. SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM ŐKET! Gusztustalanok! This is my favorite company! I had two orders from them before, both times I had a problem with communication. They could not be reached, they did not reply to the email. Then, when I canceled the order, the phone immediately rang in the scripts of an appraisal, and the man started threatening to report it because I was tarnishing his reputation with my appraisal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! They are distasteful!
