But that is not the problem, the problem is that they do not give back my money. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER. Literally. Not even a chat anymore. WOLT is much better. Anything should be better that this.

In our system, we see that unfortunately the restaurant has rejected your order, they are unable to accept it due to temporary overload. We will initiate the refund of the amount paid with the SZÉP card at your bank within a maximum of 8 days. However, we would like to inform you that this is not the same as the reference. In this case, we will send an application to your bank, which we unfortunately have no control over. The process can take up to an additional 15-20 business days." I CONTACTED the Restaurant- they never cancelled or received the order !!! Not recommended, support is terrible, hard to find anything, i have used only coz support szep card but always there's issue, ordes missing from list, not all restaurant can be found now, some are listed as open but actually are closed. and that 8-15-20 days ?1?1?1 like wa??? Never again! Wolt will have Szep payment- bye bye ?
B	Bogardi David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost half of our recent orders were not delivered correctly(parts missing) or we have received someone else's order. The only reason we're still choosing foodpanda is that as of my knowledge they are the only ones expecting SZÉP card from the 3 big services.
C	Csepel Charlie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the last 2 days we've had two orders that they've accepted and taken money for only to cancel an hour later when it was supposed to be delivered. On both occasions it turned out the restaurants weren't even open! Got refunded both times, but that didn't really help with feeding the family! Wrote to ask what happened - nobody replied.
G	Gergely Pászti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately it has gotten much better, even if ordering food gets more expensive by the minute... but at least nowadays it arrives. :) I am glad food-delivery service exists, sometimes it can come more than handy when there is no time to arrange food at all, regardless of the rising price... ... as long as it arrives in time or at all. :)
