★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom főleg ha használtautót akar itt venni. Eladnak minden féle működésképtelen autót tuti jó autóként utána mossák kezüket és nem igazán korrektek.
 I don't recommend it to anyone, especially if you want to buy a used car here. They sell every kind of dysfunctional car as a really good car, then wash their hands and not really correct.

Perfect! I had to come here from Miskolc to buy a car and I don't have to wait for a service for 1 week here for a simple oil change B.P.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szombati napon zárás előtt érkeztem meg, hogy akkumulátort szeretnék vásárolni ami a Ford specifikus. Kedvesen fogadtak, majd meg kérdezték hogy mi a probléma amiért ujj akkumulátort akarok vásárolni el mondtam a tüneteket, majd az úri ember annyit mondott, hogy mielőtt pénzt költenék fölöslegesen pont a szalonban vannak elől a szevízes srácok ott is el mondtam a tüneteket ahol azt egyből ki tudták zárni, hogy nem akksi probléma. Hétfő 8 órakor volt szabad helyük 2 óra alatt elkészült, valóban más probléma volt. Aki fogadott minket úriember szólt, hogy nyugodtan fel tudunk menni a galériára, ahol kv, üdítő, tiszta víz, és ropi is volt :) nem kellett a hideg esőben kint az utcán várni a hívást, hogy kész az autó. A szervizt azt ugye meg kell fizetni, de viszont 5 csillag mert a tapasztalatik álltal meg spórolták egy fölösleges akkumulátor vásárlást.
Túltöltés gondom volt, gyorsan korrekt módon meg csinálták, a problémát és a megoldást is el magyarázták úgy, hogy én mint teljesen laikus ember is meg értettem.
Köszönöm! Legközelebb is oda megyek.
I arrived on Saturday before closing to buy a battery that is Ford specific. Kindly welcomed and asked me what the problem is I want to buy a finger battery I told the symptoms, and the gentleman said that before spending money unnecessarily right in the salon, the guys who were out there told me the symptoms where they could conclude that it was not a battery problem. Monday at 8 o'clock their free space was finished in 2 o'clock, really had a different problem. Whoever greeted us gentleman said that we can safely go up to the gallery, where there was kv, refreshing, clean water, and breadcrumbs :) did not have to wait for the call to get the car ready in the cold rain outside. You have to pay for the service, but 5 stars because your experience has stopped you from buying an unnecessary battery.
Overcharging was my problem, they were quickly done correctly, and the problem and the solution were explained so that I, as a completely lay person, understood it.
Thanks! Next time I go there.

Nade készségesen segített a választásban, arra volt kíváncsi, nekem mi lenne a jó. Most érdeklődtem, de ha majd vennék őt fogom keresni. Fiatal srác az ajtóval szemben ül.

Sem a tulajdonos, sem ügyfélszolgálat nem vállalja fel az elkövetett hibát, hibáit, az ügyfelet a vásárlót vásárlás után már semmibe véve sablonos, demagóg szöveggel rázza le. Sok év szevíz, és új autó vásárlás után nagy csalódást okoztak. NEM AJÁNLOTT, van elég korrekt, ügyfélcentrikus kereskedő és szervíz.
No member of the Hovány group is recommended to be avoided! Neither the owner nor the customer service accepts the mistake or mistakes made, and the customer is shaken off with a stencilled, demagogic text after the purchase. After many years of maintenance and buying a new car, they were a big disappointment. NOT RECOMMENDED, there is a fairly fair, customer-centric dealer and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mondanám, hogy külső megjelenés 5ös, de az ajtón belépve az unalmas fejjel telefont nyomogató kollégák nem túl bizalomgerjesztőek. Becsületükre váljék, hogy nem várattak sokáig és minden kérdésre kaptam is választ. Az árakat inkább nem minősíteném, nem okoztak sajnos meglepetést.
I would say the look is 5, but entering the door, the colleagues pressing the phone with a boring head are not very reassuring. To their credit, they didn’t wait long and I got answers to every question. I would rather not rate the prices, unfortunately they did not come as a surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az autót kellett szervízelni meghibásodás miatt. A szervízes kolléga nagyon kedves volt. Telefonon is egyeztettünk vele, nagyon készséges és türelmes volt. Az assistancia autóját is leadhattuk a szalonba, hogy ne kelljen megvárni őket.
The car had to be serviced due to a breakdown. The service colleague was very kind. We also talked to him over the phone, he was very willing and patient. We were also able to drop off the assistant’s car at the salon so we didn’t have to wait for them.
