Most 2019 szeptemberében végeztem a 10 alkalmas kúrával a géppel. 15 centit fogytam a hasamból és 6-6 centit a combjaimból, amit azóta se híztam vissza. Ezt mondjuk elvártam, hiszen elvileg a géppel végleg le lehet fogyni, de nem hittem volna, hogy ez tényleg igaz. De tényleg az.
