They called about the accommodation a few days before our booking, indicating that an event would be expected at one day of our booking. Of course, since we had been planning the trip for months, we didn’t cancel. On arrival we were greeted by a lady at the reception who told us very briefly where to find our room. Our room was clean and tidy. The place is fabulous, which is equivalent to a 5 *. When we went down again, the lady already had a cool place, we never found her at the front desk during our stay, she was always somewhere. So we could ask him for little help. We used the services of the restaurant, the food was served and it tasted good. The service was provided by a gentleman named Peter, to whom we owe a great deal, because he made the time we spent here pleasant with his kindness and attitude. This place would be without him .... it wouldn't be like that, that's for sure. We were lucky enough to be serving another woman for a short time during the event, but I would rather not write anything about her. The spa area has many saunas, a small pool and a hot tub. Because of the event, we had a hard time asking for help because the spa didn’t go when we visited here. Unfortunately, the guests there were treated exclusively and exclusively. The water was good, we tried everything we could. I have to mention Peter again, to whom we thank the champagne and the many help here as well. The cigar room is also a great invention for smokers. The castle is wonderful, beautiful, demanding. The furniture, the layout was also gorgeous, I really like places like this. I planned a special trip for our first anniversary together, I think it worked. In winter, unfortunately, nothing is open here, so we could not visit many places, but the accommodation compensated us.

Very nice but but the waiters didn't come out for breakfast until we called. That's why I give it 4 stars.

There were almost no people. Surprised that the staff who met us did not speak English. Only in Hungarian. The morning shift spoke English. The castle is just gorgeous !!! Chic and shine everywhere! There is a swimming pool. The best location for a wedding! All 10 stars !!!! The food was not very much. The serving is good, it feels like it's been cooked for a long time.

The glass palace is lavish, but the food? Well, it left a lot to be left out. The staff is also pretty cool, just focused on the work, the communication itself, real kindness is 0.

Beautifully designed, sophisticated and clean interiors, huge tidy park. Extra nice, huge glass function room. Great experience, I recommend it to everyone!
