A termékeket hamar kiszállították, az üzenetváltások flottul mentek, sajnos volt a szállítmányban 2 db törött csempe, de azonnal találtak megoldást a problémára! Nagyon gördülékenyen ment a rendelés, majd a szállítással kapcsolatban is nagyon rugalmasak voltak. A szállító kolléga pontosan érkezett, nagyon udvarias volt, sokat segített a pakolásban is. Máskor is fogunk innen rendelni. :) We ordered online because we found the tile we selected in the webshop at a very reasonable price. The order went very smoothly and then they were also very flexible with regard to delivery. The delivery colleague arrived on time, was very polite, and helped a lot with the packing. We will order from here at another time. :)

Másodjára rendeltem a Forgács Csempeházból. Már az első rendelésem is maximálisan rendben volt, másodjára viszont minden elképzelésemen túlszárnyalt a tulajdonosok segítőkészsége, ügyfélközpontúsága. Sorban oldották meg a felmerülő problémáimat. Ha lesz "legközelebb", gondolkodás nélkül fogom újra őket választani! Addig pedig jó szívvel ajánlom másoknak. I can only recommend! I think if all traders had that mentality, negative reviews would disappear once and for all. I ordered it for the second time from the Shavings Tile House. My first order was already in perfect order, but for the second time, the helpfulness and customer focus of the owners exceeded all my ideas. They solved my problems in a row. If it will be "next time", I will choose them again without thinking! In the meantime, I recommend it to others with a good heart.

Remek példa arra hogyan lehet ügyfélközpontúan kezelni egy-egy megrendelést, továbbá a kiszállításnál is rendkívüli igényességgel járt el a cég saját futárja. Udvarias volt, körültekintő, vigyázott a burkolatokra, az átadott áruról fényképet készített. Minden sértetlenül érkezett, ami ma nem jellemző még nagy értékű rendelések esetén sem. Ha előbb rátalálunk biztosan több burkolatot is innen rendeltünk volna. Csak ajánlani tudom! We are maximally satisfied!
