Nem is gondoltam rá, hogy ennyi buktatója lehet egy bérbeadásnak. Azt gondoltam, hogy gyorsan kiadom a lakást, hirdetni is tudok, miért kellene közvetítő?! Miért fizessek ki 1 havi díjat, ha én is meg tudok mindent csinálni?!

 The owner lady, Erzsike, is very experienced, helpful and really understands her profession. You helped me with hiring, thank you. I didn’t even think it could be that much of a pitfall to hire. I thought I would rent out the apartment quickly, I can also advertise why I would need a broker ?! Why pay a 1 month fee when I can do everything too ?!
