★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A foglalás napján gondolnak egyet és szobát módosítanak, januári foglalással másnap levonta az egész osszeget, és utána írja, hogy vissza nem adható!!! Le akartam mondani, de egyszer sem hivtak vissza, egyáltalán nem segítőkészek!!! Öt főre foglaltam, és kihúzhatós kanapén kell aludnom???? Gusztustalan egy hely, meg egyszer ide nem jövök az biztos!!
 They think one day on the day of booking and change room, with the January booking they deducted the whole amount the next day and then write that it cannot be returned !!! I wanted to resign, but they never called me back, they were not helpful at all !!! I booked five people and have to sleep on a pull-out couch ???? A place is distasteful, and I'm not coming here for sure !!

Tiefgarage gab es, Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und eine Sauna auch.
Der Ofen in der Sauna könnte mal erneuert werden, bringt nicht mehr die Leistung.
Great room with a wonderful view over the whole of Heviz?
There was underground parking, a pool with a counter-current system and a sauna too.
The stove in the sauna could do with being renewed, it no longer performs.
