Azzal párhuzamosan, hogy a Budapest Airport májusi utasforgalma már elérte az 1 millió főt, a reptér hivatalos személyszállítási partnere, a Főtaxi az előző évhez képest már nyolcszor annyi utast szállít a repülőtérről Budapestre vagy az agglomerációba. Az iskolai tanév végén is jelentősen megugrott a forgalom, 17%-kal többen indultak el taxival a reptérre, mint egy héttel korábban. A ferihegyi fuvarok megnövekedett utasforgalmának jelentős részét a Főtaxi flottájának harmadát kitevő környezetkímélő taxik bonyolítják le.

Otherwise the cab was clean but the driver had the windows open again and again remotely despite me closing it … No communication and the price estimates in their website are underestimated.

That is why it pains me to give two stars, but I believe this information is necessary for anyone who does not speak fluent Hungarian. I was prepared to struggle through my basic Hungarian (I've been taking classes), but since the nature of my question would result in a long answer, I decided to ask in Hungarian if the customer service agent spoke English. Immediately the phone clicked, and the call was ended. I believed this to be a fluke, so I called back. The very same thing happened. At this point I asked a Hungarian friend of mine to call for me. She reported that it was not just me, the customer service was quite rude to her even as a native. It is a real shame because the driver that ended up driving my husband was so lovely. I know that European customer service is not great, especially in Central Europe, but if you're going to be working as a taxi service that caters to all languages, I think it's an important part of your business.

R	Renzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the driver was waiting well in advance at 5 o'clock in the morning. he was cleaning the windows at the back! with the trunk open. what a service! didn't drive a longer route and wasn't mad like the other taxis! payment was simple via card. wasn't out for a tip. unfortunately this was the last ride to the airport.
