Egy vasárnapi nap ellátogattunk magukhoz, hozzáteszem ismerősök ajánlották magukat, csak pár képet szerettünk volna "előhívatni". E-mailen keresztül el is küldtük önöknek a képeket mint ahogy mondtak a korábban megemlített ismerőseink. A bolthoz érve elmondtuk maguknak, hogy elküldtük a képeket a megadott email címre. Önök azonban a képek mennyisége megtekintése nélkül azt a választ adtak, hogy nem tudjak teljesíteni a nyomtatást mert az e-mailben tartalmaznia kell a képek méretét , hogy miként szeretnénk őket előhívatni. Persze ezzel semmi probléma nem lenne, de a lekezelő hangsúly illetve a viselkedés amivel szembesültünk az igazán nem tetszett, azért mert fiatalabb vagyok önöknél meg eljár a tisztelet és azt meg is követelem. Felvetettem önöknek azt a lehetőséget is, hogy ha megnézik a képeket akkor én szívesen maradok és elmondom melyik képet milyen méretarányba szeretném nyomtatni, mivel csak összesen 5 db képről beszéltünk volna és csak két méretről illetve nem is mondtam maguknak, hogy már azonnal kell. Ide kapcsolódóan szeretném kérni , hogy valamelyest jobban tájékoztassák a vásárlóikat, mert egy lapot illetve egy kiírást se láttam amin ezek az információk olvashatóak lettek volna, hogy miként kell önöknek a képet elküldeni.(Korábban az ismerősömék ugyan így jártak nekik mégis meglehetett ezt így csinálni, mert ők se méretaránnyal küldték a képeket.) Illetve úgy gondolom az se helyét álló, hogy koronajárvány idején az önöknél dolgozó úriember aki a képeket kezeli a maszk használati előírásait a bevásárlóközpontba nem tartja be vagy csak félig itt értem azt, hogy a száját eltakarva az orrát szabadon hagyva viseli a maszkot. Majd távozásnál az úriembernek ezt szóvá is tettem majd mondtam, hogy küldjük akkor a képeket. Erre annyi volt a válasza, hogy a gép elromlott. Ez a történés 14:10 körül történt és korábban mondtak, hogy ha 14:30 ig elküldjük akkor ők kitudják nyomtatni a képeket mivel 15:00 ig vannak Vasárnap nyitva. (Gép nem volt elromolva csak leckéztetésből mondta az úriember.) Egy kis szösszenet így a végére lehet, hogy az ünnepek miatt most iszonyat sok megrendelésük van és nem tudnak minden megrendelést lekezelni, de ez változni fog hiszen az ünnepeknek egyszer vége van. 2020.12.20 Dear Photo Trio Bt.-Kodak Labor!
