Z	Zoltán Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garanciális ügyintézés menete a Fotocopy Kft-nél Vásároltam egy GENIUS fejhallgatót sajnos meghibásodott.Gondoltam mivel még garanciális a blokkal és a hibás termékkel az üzlethez fordulok,a fejhallgatót ott fogták érdeklődjem pár nap múlva.Párnap múlva elutasították a kérelmemet azzal az indokkal ,hogy nem őriztem meg a csomagolást nem tudják azonosítani a terméket , az ügyintézőhölgy nem volt valami udvarias közben eszegetett míg engem oktatott az ügy menetéről.Ezek után beírtam a vásárlók könyvébe és tanácsot kértem a fogyasztó védelmi felügyelőségtől is. Ahol tájékoztattak,hogy a csomagolást valóban nem kell megőrizni és a bejegyzésemre 30 napon belül választ kell kapjak .Az ügyvezető egy valóban udvarias levélben tájékoztatott. hogy én a termékről el távolítottam a gyári számot itt már a csomagolásról szó sem volt ,ezután vissza mentem az üzletbe ,hogy mutassák meg mit távolítottam el erre egy címkét mutattak a kábelen ,igaz akár ők is letéphették míg tartott a felül vizsgálat de hát nekem csak maradt a rossz szájíz meg a hibás fejhallgató.Nem ajánlom senkinek,hogy felkészületlenül menjen vásárolni a FOTOCOPY-hoz,de inkább ne is menjen.
