Erről bizonylatot nem kaptam, amikor ezt kifogásoltam, közölték: az interneten RMA menüpont alatt kapok tájékoztatást, hogy a garanciális ügyintézés hol tart. Ma ismét megnéztem: a jelzett menüpontban: "Önnek nincs folyamatban lévő garanciális ügye" választ kaptam. Szerencsére viszonylag csekély értékű vásárlásról van szó, nem éri meg hosszas procedúrába bonyolódni. Ám rossz rágondolni: ugyanez történik egy jóval értékesebb termékesetében is?! Azaz: mindenki fontolja meg: vásárol e ott, ahol a reklamált terméket az árával együtt "benyeli" az eladó cég!
I bought the wrong goods on Monday. The defect in the goods was acknowledged after trial, but was taken over, so to speak, "sent for inspection" instead of being settled immediately. I did not receive a receipt for this when I objected to this, it was stated: I get information on the Internet under the RMA menu item where the warranty administration is going. Today I checked again: in the indicated menu item: I received an answer "You have no pending warranty case". Fortunately, this is a relatively low value purchase, not worth the lengthy procedure. But is it bad to think: does the same thing happen in a much more valuable product case ?! That is, everyone should consider buying this where the complained product is "swallowed" by the selling company along with its price!
