We filed the lawsuit in 2009, in 2010 I asked for a 3 month pause, the lawsuit was given a new case number. The first hearing was scheduled for January 2011 only. With 5 convictions, after 7 years, an "interim conviction" was made - I won. Now I’m in first instance again, in the damages lawsuit and I don’t see the end of the tunnel! .The Institute of Forensic Experts has been sitting on my material for a year and a half! Why can you do this with impunity ??? The General Court replaced the previous judge for a reason completely incomprehensible to us - we assume that the defendant's conduct may have been the cause! - we got a new one, supposedly the Lady came over to help from the second instance, who started by handing out the audience, according to us, "then she won't have a mess"! (As if it had been with the previous judge ... it was an unfounded and vile accusation of the losing defendant anyway.) My hearings will be adjourned one by one. Please beg SOMEONE !!! And we ask the previous judge back, dr. Wolf Antony !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Later, in the corridor, he added from judgments ... but the law binds his hand.Every time he has rendered a verdict that he considered just, the appellate changed it by referring to some kind of legislation… Really done nausea ..

People often make the mistake of rating the Metropolitan Court with a low score because they have been displeased with their case. In my opinion, this cannot qualify a body or its building as such. A building with a huge walk-in corridor. There is a prosecutor's office on the third floor. Although the entrance from Markó Street can be used at the moment, it is actually the back entrance of the building. The original entrance opens with an ornate staircase from Constitution Street, which is unfortunately closed today. It’s worth coming in and looking around the building even if you don’t have a case going on right now, after an airport search, anyone can go inside.

Female dominance prevails in the judiciary. On the other hand, they are able to impose such a small penalty on small things that they desire. Just so that the young person who wants to prosper will leave our homeland forever, the mood of the state citizen who wants to live will lose his temper, no benevolence, tolerance, empathy, letting him live for the benefit of the little man, only the strong, the support of the evil spirit, the smooth citizen against the weighting of the maximum fist law, the principle of "if you commit a small offense, you pay with your head" lives. It is enough to get into accidental trouble without your knowledge, they are cruelly weighed. So much for this malicious judiciary and the "honorable legislators."

Adherence to deadlines and laws and regulations is only obligatory for the parties involved in the lawsuit and not for the court. Deadlines are constantly not being met and there is no justice, there is only justice in the tribunal.

Deadlines in court are not met and this gives criminals a deferral. It is a pity that the court cannot be sued for failing to meet the deadlines. The court rejected the property insurance measure with us, which is illegal and denied us, with so much that it was written that it was not possible. They settled it in one sentence, but they kept the nearly half a million forints, so they didn't give anything in return. If I did this to my company not to give anything in return for the money, my company would be shut down, but the court could do it. It is clear that there is no rule of law in Hungary! The court is not doing its job !!!
