Mindenkinek ajánlom őket!?? I told them at the last minute about the transfer abroad and they took action immediately and transported us to the given Hotel quickly and conveniently! I recommend them to everyone!

If you have the opportunity, look for another transfer service!The service, we ordered in Spain, we paid in advance, we expected it. According to Fox transfer the problem was solely our fault. The driver arrived 1 hour before the confirmed time. As the reception indicated to us that the driver was here, we were at the reception within 10 minutes. By the time we got there the car was gone, so we had to find another option to get to the airport. Of course, we filed a complaint and requested a full or at least partial refund of the amount paid, but the complaint was rejected. The amount has still not been credited, which we don't fully agree with.

This company never tried to contact their local partner. Just gave me a number that never answered. Absolute shame. Rude and unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid. So many competitors in the region. I have made a complaint for ShuttleDirect not to reference them no more.

Not only the Fox Transfer representative did not try to help but he was very unprofessional. He gave us a number of his partner and ask us to handle directly. Of course the number never answered. Scam: getting the money and run away. Avoid and find more reliable transportation company. We had to book another taxi and therefore paid twice. Do not book through ShuttleDirect as they are not providing quality service.
