★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasárnap délelőtt szó nélkül ment be az orvos és az asszisztens ís úgy, hogy nem is ők kezelik a kutyámat. Mindenről részletes útmutatót kaptam, gyógyszerek összedarabolva..... szóval maximal respect előttük!
On Sunday morning, the doctor and the assistant went in without saying that they were not treating my dog either. I got detailed instructions on everything, medicines cut down ..... so maximal respect before them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon elérni a rendelőt lehetetlenség, mire végre a recepciós hölgy felveszi a telefont, egy szimpla “Mennyibe kerül egy adott oltás?” kérdésre is csak 20 perc múlva tud válaszolni.
Gördülékenyebb kommunikáció érdekében jobb lenne olyat alkalmazni, aki fel is veszi a telefont és érti a kérdést, nem pedig neki áll feljebb. Akkor talán eljutnánk odáig, hogy időpontot is foglaljunk. :)
It is impossible to reach the office by phone, by the time the lady at the reception picks up the phone, a simple “How much does a particular vaccine cost?” you can only answer a question in 20 minutes.
For smoother communication, it would be better to hire someone who even picks up the phone and understands the issue, rather than standing up to him. Then maybe we could get there to make an appointment. :)
