Erika demostró que tiene mucha experiencia y estuvo pendiente de cada uno de los movimientos que realizábamos corrigiendo lo que era necesario. También pude percibir que Erika es una persona enérgica que transmite optimismo a sus clientes. He practicado yoga en diferentes lugares y no siempre me encuentro con instructores formados, pero en este caso se nota que Erika tiene muchos conocimientos y disfruta de su trabajo. Recomendable 100 %.
I was lucky enough to practice yoga on my visit to Sopron and the truth is that it was great. Erika showed that she has a lot of experience and was aware of each of the movements we made, correcting what was necessary. I could also perceive that Erika is an energetic person who transmits optimism to her clients. I have practiced yoga in different places and I don't always come across trained instructors, but in this case you can see that Erika has a lot of knowledge and enjoys her work. 100% recommendable.
