★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cserben hagyott, megbízhatatlan. Állomásra mentem volna, időpontra rendeltem a taxit, 5 percet még vártam, de nem jött. Ha rajta múlik lekésem a vonatot.
Pár perc késés még rendben van, de a minimum az, hogy felhívom az ügyfelet, ha már kések. A mi családunk biztos nem fog vele utazni!
Kiegészítés: láttam a taxit, amikor már útban voltam az állomás felé. Kerek 10p késéssel, nagy sietve érkezett, behajtott az egyirányú utcába menetiránnyal szemben. A megbeszélt időpont után 15p-el hívott fel!!! Csodálkozik, hogy nem veszem fel???
Probléma mindig történhet, de hogy az ügyfelet nem értesítem és egy nyilvános értekelésben letagadom, hogy késtem volna?? A bizalom végleg elveszett.
He was let down, unreliable. I would have gone to a station, ordered a taxi on time, waited 5 more minutes, but it didn’t come. If it's up to me to miss the train.
A few minutes delay is still okay, but the minimum is to call the customer if they’re already late. Our family is sure not to travel with him!
Addition: I saw the taxi when I was already on my way to the station. With a round 10p delay, he arrived in a great hurry, driving into the one-way street facing the direction of travel. He called me 15p after the agreed time !!! Wondering I won't pick it up ???
A problem can always happen, but that I don’t notify the client and deny in a public review that I was late ?? Confidence is lost forever.
