We stayed here in the middle of summer and we saw right away that this is not going to be what it is sold on different surfaces. A huge puddle was received in our room, the air conditioning was broken, which would not be a problem, because the lady immediately gave us another room, but she treated us as if we were at fault and emphatically drew our attention to the fact that she can only give a larger apartment so don’t use just one room because we didn’t pay as much as the larger apartment is worth. The apartment was dirty, the sofas were stained and the bathroom was moldy and cobweby. The only positive is the location (there is a great little restaurant 5 minutes away) and the spacious space in the apartment.

Modern apartment hotel in a beautiful landscaped garden. Positives: quiet, calm environment, kind and helpful staff. The apartment is spacious and bright. The bed is very comfortable. The shore of Lake Balaton is close, and the beach is also beautiful. On the way to it, a surprising panoramic view of Lake Balaton is a surprise. The water in the indoor pool was clear, a little cool, but great for swimming. Negatives: Strong deficiencies in cleanliness, especially in the apartment. Because of Covid, one would expect an even more thorough cleaning in a four-star location ... cobweb walls, corners, crumbs under the table, dust under the kitchen cabinet. The kitchen had a few glasses of full equipment. The built-in kettle did not work. There were few and small towels in the room. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, but not very varied. Ikea furniture, which does not fill the huge spaces at all, makes it a bit brittle. The mosquito net was torn. As a memory of previous guests, most of the furniture was damaged, which does not depend on the hotel staff at all, and I don't understand why anyone does that ... Overall, we had a good time thanks to the nice location and the kind hospitality, but the standard of cleaning definitely needs to be improved.

Many confuse the renovated hotel with the old self. Different leadership, different circumstances. Anyone who reads the reviews should follow when to post, because there has been a recent change of ownership here. We spent 6 days here at the end of July and found everything perfect. Even at the time of booking, the attitude of the receptionist (Dominica) was a pleasant surprise: they put together their favorable price offer quickly and taking all our needs into account. After our arrival, we were greeted by clean accommodation that we had not met before, although we had already visited some of the hotels in Siófok. We did not see any spiders or cobwebs in the six days. The walls are snow white, the sheets and towels are clean, the bath is flawless. Spacious, bright spaces, ice cube in the fridge, in-room safe, TV, flawless wifi signal, clothes dryer on the balcony. The staff are unobtrusive, but if you need them, they are kind and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and refreshing. Even at the end of the morning time, we were willingly baked even more scrambled eggs. Coffee (short and long, cappuccino, latte, cocoa) is heavenly! The pool and sunbeds are clean, the grass is well kept, parking is easy. I would like to single out the manager of the hotel: Andrea Róth, whose work can be seen in the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel, its smooth operation, and its beautiful and clean appearance. We just went to dinner. I hope there will be development, there will be staff. The environment is nice and everything is tidy.

World champion place. Beautiful, clean, super wellness area for maximum peace and security. Our super accommodation here was the sea eye apartment. Not only are we going here on vacation once again, we’re already thinking about moving here.
