★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két hete szerettem volna vásárolni az üzletben. A pénztárgépek nem működtek, a boltvezető minősíthetetlen stílusban adta elő 3 perc várakozás után, hogy nem tudom a terméket megvenni. Az üzlet egyébként szuper lenne, persze nem egy ilyen modortalan üzletvezetővel.
I wanted to buy in the store two weeks ago. The cash registers did not work, the store manager presented in unqualified style after 3 minutes of waiting that I can not buy the product. The business would be great anyway, certainly not with such a rude store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aranyosak, kedvesek, segítőkészek mindig! Ha épp nincs kint az a termék, amit vennék, akkor a raktárban azonnal megkeresik! Ha kutyussal együtt megyek, imádják! Sőt kifejezetten kérik, hogy kutyával együtt menjen a vásárló. Mindig van egy kis jutifali a pénztárnál, nagyon cukik ?
They are cute, kind, always helpful! If the product I would like to buy isn’t out there, they’ll be in stock right away! If I go with a puppy, they love it! In fact, the customer is specifically asked to go with the dog. There is always a small jutifali at the checkout, very cute ?

Unfortunately the firm Fressnapf lied about their discounts in 2016 and they literally stole the money from their customers. So the place itself is very friendly, but the company behind is arrogant and not trustworthy!
