Nice tasty bread/patisserie with friendly staff. Unable to speak English but definitely did her best to help me using hand signals.

Got my morning cappuccino (very sweet) from rather unfriendly/sour faced lady behind the counter. She literally threw the receipt to me. What an attitude for an early sunny morning.

Went here this evening for ice cream and was treated awfully by the lady serving. She ignored us initially then started shouting in hungarian at us before shouting "no English" would not reccomend anyone go as product not worth the abusive treatment you can expect.

The young lady...No English...which is fine except her attitude is atrocious! She literally gave my friend a really dirty look after stating " no English" & the scoop of ice cream was the smallest scoop I have ever had too! Her rudeness is unbelievable! We are paying customers, contributing to her wage no doubt, a smile would have been a small effort. Went past the next night, young man serving, I decided to get another ice cream....He was friendly, service with a smile & the scoop of ice cream was one of the biggest....made up for the stingy meagre scoop I got from the unfriendly young lady from the day before!

Best albanian bakery of Hungary and Kosovo :) friendly stuff, one day after hours they offered free bread to me... I paid for it, but thnx a million. Open until 11 pm

Bought some ice creams with my family tonight. The attitude of the girl behind the counter was appalling. Wouldn't speak, very sour faced. She snatched the money from me and banged the change on the counter. It was like it was a big ordeal for her to serve me. Wouldn't recommend this shop.

(Magyar, lásd alább.) I thought I was the only one who experienced the bad attitude of the young lady behind the counter! She must be in her early 20s, fair complexion, blonde hair. At first I was sitting down when an elderly woman who did not speak Hungarian and only very little English walked up to her. The customer tried asking questions and the store attendant was very rude! She rolled her eyes and didn't try to explain anything about the pastries when asked. I thought she might be having a bad day. However, when it was our turn about 10 minutes later, my mother asked her a simple question about the type of bread on display. The attendant responded in Hungarian while rolling her eyes, making you feel unwelcomed. To top it off, another lady walked in speaking Hungarian, and the attendant's attitude completely changed! I will never go back, and I do not recommend anyone going there, unless you speak Hungarian. Azt hittem, csak én tapasztalhattam meg a pult mögött a fiatal hölgy rossz hozzáállását! A 20-as évek elején kell lennie, tiszta arcbőrű, szőke hajú. Eleinte leültem, amikor egy idős asszony, aki nem beszélt magyarul és csak nagyon kevés angolul, felment hozzá. Az ügyfél megpróbált kérdéseket feltenni, és a bolt kísérője nagyon durva volt! A szemét forgatta, és nem kérdezte meg semmit, hogy megmagyarázza a süteményeket. Azt hittem, hogy rossz napja lehet. Amikor azonban körülbelül tíz perccel később jött a sor, anyám egyszerű kérdést tett fel neki a bemutatott kenyér típusáról. A kísérő magyarul válaszolt, miközben a szemét forgatta, így kedvesnek érezte magát. Ráadásul egy másik hölgy magyarul beszélt, és a kísérő hozzáállása teljesen megváltozott! Soha nem megyek vissza, és nem ajánlom senkinek odamenni, hacsak nem beszélsz magyarul.
