★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place with very knowledgable people behind the counter. French style, you can taste several things before you choose and they have excellent quality products both from abroad and inland.
Getting a gourmet sandwich here every week takes a toll on my budget, but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the high prices, the store is worth a visit every now and then to buy yourself a treat or a gift for someone else. They have fine wines, spirits, cheeses, hams/salame/sausage, olives, dried tomatoes, etc. The staff speak English, and know every product. They knew straight away the lactose free products and their prices. Their cut cheese boxes are freshly cut every day. Totally recommend. They also serve coffee, which I assume it must be good as everything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My happy place in Budapest. Amazing selection of local Hungarian and European products. Customer service is amazing. Friendly workers happy to share samples. Prices are fair for the quality of what you get. Due to the pandemic, you will probably have to wait for 10 minutes or so outside since only 2-3 people are allowed inside at once.

Big selection of quality cheese, wines and other produces for such a small shop.
The cheese & olive plate we tried tasted great and was served with an impeccable service.
For people missing Italian experience I would definitely recommend the shop.
