★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A náluk vásárolt fegyverem egyik gyári tartozéka, mely egyébként a számlán is szerepel, kimaradt valahogy a dobozból. Amint ezt haza érve konstatáltam, rögtön hívtam őket. Erre másnap felajánlották, hogy megvásárolhatom a boltban egyébként pluszban lévő, kimaradt szűkítést, mivel biztos az olaszok hagyták ki a dobozból, ők mint eladó nem hibásak, történt már ilyen máskor is. De a fegyvert legalább 50 ezerrel drágábban adták mint máshol, ha már ilyen korrektek. Jár az egy csillag, az is azért mert nullát nem tudok adni.
One of the factory accessories for my weapon I bought from them, which is also on the invoice, was somehow left out of the box. As soon as I found this when I got home, I called them right away. For the next day, I was offered to buy an otherwise oversized, missed restriction in the store, as the Italians must have left it out of the box, they as a seller are not at fault, it has happened before. But the gun was given at least 50,000 more expensive than elsewhere, if it was already so fair. It's a star, also because I can't give it zero.

Im Gespräch mit den Angestellten merkt man sofort, dass es nicht um das "nur etwas verkaufen" geht, sondern den Kunden so zu beraten, dass eine für ihn optimale Lösung gefunden wird. Die Angestellten sind teilweise auch Schützen und wissen, wovon sie reden! Ich komme gerne wieder! Empfehlung! ?
