★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem szabad tőlük vásárolni. 13raklap térkőből 2raklap hibásat küldtek, (törött, repedt,színhibás). Cserélni akkor hajlandóak ha saját magam visszaviszem a hibás terméküket. Sajnos hatalmas csalódás a cég, igazi semmire való banda.
You should not buy from them. 13 pallets of paving stones were sent 2 pallets defective, (broken, cracked, color defective). They are willing to exchange if I return their defective product myself. Unfortunately, the company is a huge disappointment, a real gang for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az újfehértói egységről tudni kell, hogy az utóbbi időben rengeteg panasz érkezik rájuk hibás termékek miatt. Sajnos én is belefutottam. Másodosztályú termékeket értékesítenek első osztályúként. A panaszkezelésük nullával egyenlő. Hibás méretű térkövet kaptam, amit rutinos csalók módjára védtek. Végül megegyezni nem sikerült, így visszakértem a termék árát. 100 ezer forinttal rövidítve meg is kaptam. Ha valaki olvassa ezt és tőlük akar rendelni bármit is: NE TEDD! Hasonló árakon van más gyártótól is termék, amivel nem fognak átverni és lehúzni anyagilag. Ha csak 1 ember jobban jár okulva a példámból, már megérte.

Their complaint handling is zero. I got a boulder of the wrong size, which was protected like routine scammers. In the end, no agreement was reached, so I reclaimed the price of the product. I got it shortened by 100 thousand forints. If someone is reading this and wants to order anything from them: DON’T DO IT! There are products from other manufacturers at similar prices that will not be scammed and pulled off financially. If only 1 person is doing better by learning from my example, he already understands.
