Mi sajnos belefutottunk egy 100 eFt-os megrendelésnél abba a hibába, hogy nem néztük meg és a termék sajnos törött volt. Mivel a termék beépítése még nem volt aktuális, így kifutottunk a 14 napos reklamációs időből. A cég viszont elzárkózott a cserétől és még azt is ránk fogta, hogy mi törtük össze a terméket. Sajnos a dobozon sem látszott sérülés nyom, így fel sem merült bennünk, hogy a csomagban lévő termék törött. Eszünkbe sem jutott, hogy ne bízzunk meg a cégbe, hogy sértetlen terméket hozott. Nagyon sok cégtől rendeltünk, mert jó ideig vállalkozásunk volt, de ilyen gerinctelen céggel még nem volt dolgunk. Bár milyen probléma volt a szállított áruval, minden probléma nélkül kicserélték a több százezer forintos árut is. Mindenki gondolja meg, hogy kinél rendel és kivel szállíttat. Ha a konyha.eu-n vásárolnak, számítsanak rá, hogy ez a cég fogja kiszállítani az árut, mert valószínű szerződésük van a konyha.eu-val. It never occurred to us not to trust the company that he had brought an intact product. We ordered from a lot of companies because we had a business for a long time, but we haven’t had a deal with such an invertebrate company yet. No matter what the problem was with the delivered goods, the hundreds of thousands of forints were exchanged without any problems. Everyone thinks about who to order and with whom to ship. If they buy on cuisine.eu, expect this company to deliver the goods because they are likely to have a contract with cuisine.eu.

A termék átvételétől számított két héten belül indoklás nélkül el lehet állni a vásárlástól, és mi ezen időn belül jeleztük szándékunkat. Utánajártunk, hogy az a termék amit nekünk küldtek az utolsó darab volt az országban, ezért módunkban áll azt feltételezni, hogy Önök az utolsó hibás terméket küldték el nekünk.
