A kiszolgálás türelmetlen, személyeskedő, nem vásárlóbarát üzlet. Experience multiple times: small space, crowded. Quitting service parameters is not straightforward. The service is impatient, personal, not customer friendly.

Kifizettem a postaköltséget is a postával kért fotókhoz, de mikor azokat mégis személyesen tudtam átvenni, a postaköltséget hiába szerettem volna visszakapni. Se telefonos, se többszöri e-mailes megkeresésre nem voltak hajlandóak intézkedni. Outstanding in photo processing, insufficient in customer care. I also paid the postage for the photos I requested in the mail, but when I was able to pick them up in person, I wanted to get the postage back in vain. They refused to respond to telephone or multiple e-mail inquiries.

To the question of what compensation you can offer to make me feel good about the slippage - after an apology from the owner, what was I waiting for, write me your house? - I believe it has a lot of traffic, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication! - and since it is not the only company in the city that takes a photo, it is worth considering with whom it shapes communication. I haven’t experienced the same comm problem in a competition 100 meters away.
