De azokat már nem, hogy felcserélnek képeket, s nem az általam megadott sorrendbe rakják be ( számozva voltak a képek 1-tól, s a két borító kép is meg volt nevezve ). Majd pluszban elkérnek még pénzt - miután már kifizettem az albumok árát készpénzbe rendeléskor - s mikor megkérdem miért. Egy nagy brummogás volt a válasz. Selejtes munkát, a rendelés figyelmen kívül hagyását és lehúzást kapsz ettől a bolttól! Mivel nem lehet 0 csillagot kapni ezért kaptak 1-t. Avoid this store, everyone! I also find that 2 albums are ready in 2 weeks. But not to swap pictures anymore, and not to put them in the order I specified (the pictures were numbered from 1 and the two cover pictures were named). Abban a szent pillanatban, hogy ez megtortenik, udvariatlan, lekezelo, es goromba lesz. Nem tudtam bejelentkezni a honlapra, mert egy egy oldalas angol nyelvű hibauzenetet kaptam. Az eladó láthatóan nem ertette (nem is akarta megerteni) a problémát, csak azt bizonygatta, hogy az oldal márpedig működik. Neki biztosan. Ezzel a tema lezarva. Jobb helyeken elmagyarazzak az ugyfelnek, hogy 'bar nalunk mukodik a honlap, onnel fellephetett egy atmeneti problema, kuldjon egy screenshotot, szakértő kollegaink utanajarnak a problemanak'. Egy ilyen valasz elfogadható lett volna az ideges reakciók helyett. Az csak hab a tortan, hogy a 13x18-as kepkeret es elmeletben ugyanekkora kep nem illeszkednek egymashoz (a foto kisebb, mint a kepkeret). In this store, the seller is helpful until a problem arises. Hosszú évek óta járunk ide, jó pár ezer papírképet csináltattunk saját részre, barátoknak. Évekkel ezelőtt nagyon elégedett voltam, de az utóbbi 1-2 év csalódás volt. Régen nem kellett előre fizetni, csak amikor elkészültek a képek. Most előre kérik a árát, és reklamációnak helye nincs.
