★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az internetes rendeléssel hadilábon állnak. Semmilyen e-mailos visszaigazolást nem küldenek, sem a regisztrációról, sem a rendelésről. Plusz rendkívül zavaró, hogy a weboldalon minden egyes művelet után, ugyanaz a hosszú lista jön be a termékcsoportokról. Folyton végig kell görgetni hogy azt lássa az ember amit kellene hogy lásson. Webmesternek ezekért egy nagy fekete pont!
Amúgy a választék nagy, és amikor felhívtam őket, hogy mégis vették-e a rendelést, vagy sem, a hölgy kedves volt.
They are at war with online ordering. No e-mail confirmation will be sent, either for registration or ordering. Plus it is extremely confusing that on the website after each operation, the same long list comes in for product groups. You have to constantly scroll through to see what one should see. For a webmaster, these are a big black dot!
The choice is great anyway, and when I called them to see if they had taken the order or not, the lady was kind.
